Copyright

We will not accept any image for printing where there is any question about copyright and /or ownership. By supplying us with any digital image or photograph you warrant that you have the copyright or licence to that image and /or the permission of the copyright owner to use the photograph. Under no circumstances will The Photo Gallery be responsible for any copyright issues arising as a result of you supplying us with any image or artwork in breach of copyright.

Right of refusal

We will not accept any images that may be regarded as offensive or obscene. We will refuse to use any images that we think will not reproduce quality images. We will refund you in full if we reject your images.

Warranties

We will keep all digital images for one month after printing in order to cover any contingencies unless you request us not to. We will take all care to protect any photographs and /or other items that are sent to us but will not accept any liability whatsoever for any losses or damages to these images. We strongly urge you not to send us any images or photographs where you don’t have another copy.

Delivery

We take extreme care with packaging and only use reputable couriers. We will do out best to deliver your products on time without sacrificing quality. Please do not sign for your goods until you have physically checked them and are satisfied that they are in perfect condition. Delivery times are indicated in an email sent to customers immediatly after purchase.

Damages claim

We shall not be responsible for any loss or damages beyond the value of the invoice and what you have paid us.

Transaction & Currency

We are a New Zealand based business and all transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

The completed work

We will do our absolute best to give you a product as close to your request as possible including colour-matching however, this is subjective. Wherever possible we will give you, our valued customer, the benefit of any doubt and reprint if you are not satisfied however, we reserve the decision to reprint and our discretion is final.

Cancellations

We will accept cancellation of a purchase and refund the amount received if we receive your notification within 1 hour from the time a transaction is initially processed by our system.
